We are a full service real estate consultancy that specialises in partnering with new build developers / builders and handling the complete sales and marketing process in-house, acting as an internal arm of the developers business rather than through an external estate agency company.
We manage the entire process right through to exchange and completion and take care of everything from initial valuations, contact with architects for floor plans / sales packs, organising CGI’s, marketing material design and print including brochures / sign boards etc.
Jory Estates takes away the “you and them” relationship that is so common with High Street Agents. Your typical High Street Agent will work with a developer only once the property is ready to market and up until a sale on a property is secured, leaving a timely workload for the developers. We will handle the whole process as part of your company rather than as an external agent
Rather than your standard external estate agent who often tend to get the sale and then hand back to the builders / developers to handle the lengthy communication and sales progression, we pride ourselves on acting as your in-house sales consultant / account manager, liaising with buyers and solicitors on a weekly basis and ensuring everything runs as smoothly as possible whilst the building work is ongoing, leaving the developers to focus on their core business.
